How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app, or visit mapqueue.com/delete for instructions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel.
Why isn't voice navigation working?
Make sure your device volume is up and voice guidance is enabled in Settings > Audio.
Does the app work offline?
Routes are cached for offline use once calculated. However, searching for new addresses requires an internet connection.
