Delete Your Data

MapQueue allows you to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the MapQueue app: 1. Open MapQueue and go to Settings 2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" 3. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted Your account will enter a 7-day grace period. If you change your mind, simply log back in within 7 days to cancel the deletion. After 7 days, all your data is permanently removed.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can email us at privacy@mapqueue.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove: - Your profile information (name, email, profile picture) - Drive history and trip records - Saved locations and recent searches - Friend connections (Roadie relationships) - Drive session data and invites - Push notification tokens Locally cached data (routes, preferences) is cleared from your device immediately upon deletion request.

Facebook Users

If you signed in using Facebook, you can also request data deletion through your Facebook App Settings. Find MapQueue in your connected apps and select Remove. Your MapQueue data will be deleted per the process described above.
