Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using MapQueue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

MapQueue is a navigation application that provides: - Turn-by-turn voice and visual directions - Multi-stop route planning and optimization - Real-time traffic information and updates - Collaborative driving features ("Roadies") - Trip history and saved routes

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activity under your account - Keeping your account information current and accurate We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to: - Use the App while actively driving in an unsafe or distracted manner - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App - Use the App for any unlawful purpose - Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the App or servers - Share your account credentials with others - Submit false, misleading, or malicious hazard reports - Use automated systems to access the App without permission - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users - Collect personal information from other users without consent Violation of this policy may result in account termination without refund.

MapQueue requires location services to function. By enabling location services, you: - Consent to the collection and use of your location data - Agree that MapQueue may access your precise location during active navigation - Acknowledge that location data is shared with Roadies when enabled Your use of location data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must review and accept our Privacy Policy to use the App.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFE VEHICLE OPERATION MapQueue provides navigation for informational and advisory purposes only. Navigation is NOT a substitute for professional navigation services. By using MapQueue while driving, you acknowledge: - Navigation directions may be inaccurate or outdated - Road conditions may have changed since data was last updated - You must always prioritize safety over following directions - You will not use the App in a manner that distracts you from safe driving MapQueue is NOT liable for: - Traffic accidents, injuries, property damage, or death - Following inaccurate or unsafe directions - Route suggestions that prove unsafe or incorrect - Any damages caused by your reliance on the App's directions If directions seem unsafe, do not follow them. Pull over safely to interact with the App.

The Roadie feature allows you to share your location with invited friends during active drive sessions. You are responsible for: - Managing your friend list and controlling location sharing - Only inviting trusted individuals - Understanding that Roadies can see your real-time location and route Invitations require mutual consent. You may revoke access at any time.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING: - MERCHANTABILITY — We do not warrant the App is fit for any particular purpose - FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — The App may not meet your specific needs - NON-INFRINGEMENT — The App may violate third-party rights - ACCURACY — Navigation directions, traffic data, and ETAs may be inaccurate - UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE — The App may be unavailable or contain errors - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES — Mapbox, Google, and other services may be unavailable We do not guarantee: - The accuracy of navigation directions or traffic information - The availability or compatibility with all devices - That the App will function without interruption or errors - That third-party services will remain available

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, including but not limited to: - Loss of revenue, profits, or data - Business interruption - Personal injury or death - Property damage or loss - Vehicle accidents or traffic violations This limitation applies even if we have been advised of possible damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MapQueue, its developers, owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any applicable law - Your use or misuse of the App - Your content or submissions - Your violation of any third-party rights - Any claims related to accidents, injuries, or property damage involving your use of the App

MapQueue relies on third-party services including Mapbox, Google (Maps and AdMob), RevenueCat, Sentry, and others. We are NOT responsible for: - The accuracy or availability of third-party data - Outages or service interruptions caused by third parties - Changes made by third-party providers - The data practices or terms of third parties Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, not ours.

All content, design, code, features, and functionality of MapQueue are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works - Reverse-engineer or decompile the App - Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App - Use our trademarks or branding without permission

If you purchase a paid subscription: - Billing occurs at your selected frequency (monthly or yearly) - You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period - No refunds are provided for partial periods - Prices may change with notice - Subscription management is through your device's app store settings

MapQueue displays advertisements via Google AdMob for free-tier users. Personalized Advertisements may be based on your activity and interests inferred from usage. Opting Out: - iOS: Settings > Privacy > App Tracking Transparency > Disable tracking for MapQueue - Android: Settings > Google > Manage your Google Account > Data & Privacy > Ad personalization > OFF Ad-Free Experience: Upgrade to Pro or Premium to remove ads.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that: - Violates these Terms - Is harmful to other users or the service - Is illegal or violates third-party rights - Violates our community standards Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MapQueue and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
